Introducing Julia

Julia (pronounced HOO-lia) and I graduated from Lewis and Clark College together and she is one of my closest allies. I would like to take this opportunity to brag about her: She is gearing up to acquire her PhD in bugs (I'm sure there is a more official name) and recently was accepted into the Harvard program. Her primary research interest is the pseudoscorpion, a peculiar unstudied arachnid. On the 21st of March, she will fly to Kenya to attend a conference with her fellow scientists, but before that she decided to join me on the road, woooooooooooo!

Mimi (Julia's Grandmother), Chris (her mother), Hoolia, and myself in rain attire. They drove her out to meet me!
